Cancellation Policy
All Deposits are non refundable as planning for your event or session starts as soon as you book. Location: Currently servicing In person for Charlotte, Gaston County, Cleveland County & surrounding areas in North Carolina. Traveling fees and/or accommodations will apply outside of the above areas mentioned. * Virtual options are available & highly recommended. Cancelations must be done at least 48 hours in advance of start time. Cancelations made outside of approval time frame will be invoiced for full service or it can be applied for a future booking. There is a two cancelation limit policy per client/business or organization, after two cancelations you will be invoiced to pay for services in full at time of booking. *This does not apply to extenuating circumstances & upon review we will handle specific situations with great care. **Late policy: Bookings will start and end on-time based on your selection. To limit double booking & to respect other patrons who have booked as well, I will adhere to the schedule time selected upon booking. (Should additional time be desired pertaining to selected service & there is availability, additional fees or accommodations may apply).
